Warranty Policy

Since CleanTouch Bidet is a Canadian distributor located in BC, our customers do not have to worry about excessive amount of shipping costs and time associated with receiving the service across international border. 

 

We provide our customers with 2 years limited warranty, which is among the best in our industry.

<2 Years Limited Warranty>

This warranty is specifically applicable to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

1st year: 100% coverage of all costs in parts & repair labour 

2nd year: 50 % coverage of all costs in parts & repair labour

*** For our customers, we take care of one-way shipping cost (shipping repaired units/parts to a customer) 

*** Please email us a proof of purchase (receipt or invoice, etc) to claim the warranty. Without a proof of purchase, the warranty cannot be claimed.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Improper/careless use (eg, use of chemical cleaner) of the bidet

  • Physical damages (eg, cracks, scratches, dents, decoloration)

  • Damage resulting from sediments or foreign matter contained in a water system

<Return / Exchange>

Used unit is non-refundable and non-exchangeable for hygiene reasons unless it is demonstrated as defective. In case of returns due to wrong size order or mere change of mind, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
