I'm a long time convert to bidet seats since visiting Japan years ago. I've owned a few brands, the latest of which was from CleanTouch. The CT-2100 is easily as good if not better than other big name brands in terms of features and the bonus was that they provide service in Canada. The cost of shipping a repair to another country is too expensive.

The warranty feature played out as my unit had an issue right at the end of its 2-year warranty period. after contacting them I shipped it to CleanTouch and the response was within days. Their communication about the issues they encountered was thorough and clear and they more than followed through in resolving the issue in short order. To be honest, it was one of the best customer service experience I've ever had from any company. I highly recommend CleanTouch for the product and for their after sales service.
