The seat shipped fast and packaged well. It was easy to install and works great, Never have a cold seat again.

My last Bidet lasted about 15 years this one however only worked about 6-8 months before it started to malfunction. contacted the manufacture about 2 weeks ago and so far have not heard back. Probably would not buy from this Co. again...

The water from the toilet is warm and comfortable, but the dryer isn’t strong enough to dry things off.

Very feature in the bidet works as advertised. I am giving it 4 stars because it does not fit all standard toilets. I have a standard round bowl, and I got the small size. When installed, you can see the edge of the porcelain bowl underneath (see photo). The problem is that the small size has a little bit of an oblong shape, even though it is small... This is just an esthetic problem, as it does not affect any feature of the bidet. The installation is easy, the sprays work as advertised, the dryer is weak, the warm seat is really nice... Overall, I recommend the product, but be careful about the fit!

Does Its Job Well!

From installation to it's first use and then some, I've found no problems w/ this bidet and I would argue it's "Best in Class" based on the unit's price-point. I've been using this bidet for well over a month and I've experienced no problems.

Something to consider... The size of the seating portion (the round version) of the bidet is not for the largest of tushes. Moreover, please don't expect an instant warm stream of water, as it tends to start off a tad on the cooler side. However, the longer you rest on the lid, the water warms up more consistently. I, myself, prefer a weaker stream of water than its preset. Last, the air blower shouldn't be intended to complete dry the area. It will provide a partial drying, however, you will still need to use a bit of TP to do the rest.

In all, I really couldn't be happier. And for those who have never used a bidet... Once you have, you will never go back to the old days!

I purchased this as a Christmas gift to self after using one at a restaurant. It arrived quickly and was well packaged. The instructions were fairly simple and if you've ever changed a toilet seat or hose then you probably wouldn't even need them. It appears there is also an installation video but I did not watch this. You will definitely need plumber's tape at each junction. I first installed it without and everything leaked. It would be nice if a small roll was included but this is something I tend to keep around the house. I really appreciate that this seat came with extra seat, nozzles, and deodorizer (not quite sure what this does). It also comes with 2 water hoses but you could reuse the one already attached to your toilet. The only tool I used was some pliers to tighten the nuts. It simply plugs into a grounded outlet.

I love this seat. The seat is heated with adjustable settings. There's a front and back wash with adjustable water temperature and pressure. There are also massage and pulsating functions if you want. The dryer is somewhat weak but it does dry if you use it for the full 3 minutes. The lid and seat are soft closing so no worry about people slamming it. One important factor is remembering to not use chemicals on the seat...just soap and water.

I cannot speak to longevity because I just received this. It was significantly cheaper than the name brand model. It was definitely worth every penny! If you want a bidet seat, this is the most economical option.

So I've been looking at bidet's for a while and decided to try this product. I have used them in Asia and here in the US at other houses, and have been very excited to get my own. I've only had it for a few days now so I can't attest to its longevity but I'll try to give a brief rundown of the product so far
Installation: Pretty easy. Everything was provided so it was decently easy to install. I did have to get plumbers tape for one of the fittings but it was cheap. I'm not a plumber but decently handy and found that a normal person can set this up.
Seat: The seat feels different from other ones I've used in that the "hole" it feels a little bit smaller than a normal toilet but it's fine for usage. The seat heater is really nice as is the position of the side panel.
Functions: All the cleansing functions are really great. I like the fact that there's different settings to adjust it to your preference. If you push the button 2x on the cleansing and drying buttons they will change the settings. The double push on the drying function is necessary and the one main downfall I've found so far is that the dry only dries the backside, not the front. Toilet paper still necessary. The deoderization seems to run every time and I wish there was a button to run it only when needed (I didn't get the extra one in my package and I feel like this might run out quickly). I'm not sure if the economy is working and will have to test further but it seems like a nice function to save energy.
Water: The temperatures when set to the higher settings are good about working quickly (no cold water which I have experienced before). The pressure is nice at all settings.
I was considering some of the much higher priced models that have more options. So far my impression of this bidet is that it's a really great bidet for the price. Apart from some small hiccups, this product is exactly as described and fully worth it for the price.

I bought the large toilet seat and it was very easy to install. Yo just remove your old toilet seat, and attach your new bidet seat. It taps into the water supply which refills your toilet so there's no additional plumbing to install. These seats do require electricity so you will need to plug it into a nearby outlet.

The bidet works very well so far. It has adjustable spray controls which lets you choose the water temperature and pressure controls. It also features heated toilet seat which is also adjustable. We really like the "auto" mode and the "massage" mode. We feel cleaner and more sanitary than just wiping with toilet paper.

Amazing product! Provides a comfortable bathroom experience. Love the nice warm seat and dryer features. Highly recommended!

Absolutely amazing! Recommend it to everyone I know. It’s a new level of clean! I am not patient enough for the dryer fan, but it definitely helps use less toilet paper. Using other toilet seats makes me sad now! Mine came with an extra lid (maybe these frequently break?) which is nice to have just in case.

Installation was not impossible but needed some minor plumbing knowledge/equipment (wrench). Love it!

We love this seat. Makes me wonder why I have been wiping my bum with dry paper for all of these years. As people are going bananas cleaning out stores of toilet paper, the obvious solution is a bidet toilet seat. Plus, when you sit down there is no internal cringe of landing on a cold seat ;).

My husband bought one of this several years ago, and it is still functioning well. Just recently my 2 sons are also lining up everyday waiting to use this wonderful thing - Clean Touch, so I then decided to order another 2 more. So, hooray, now our 3 washrooms all have this Clean Touch, no more line up...The delivery is faster than I thought, it came in just 2-3 days after I ordered. The installation is not too difficult either, this time they were installed by my 17 and 20 years old sons, so you can do it too! Just make sure you measure the right size before you order, 20.5" for large and 19.5 "for round.

I don't know why I waited so long, but a recent trip to Japan finally pushed me to act. Was installed less than an hour after it arrived with no problem. Everything works as claimed and is fully adjustable. And it looks great too. A significant upgrade to life.

The installation is quite straight forward and it took me about 20 mins to get it done. The function is sufficient enough that I am glad I didnot go for the much expensive one. love the feeling of having this again! will never live without it. Right now I hope this one can last like the old one I had(8 years problem free).

My wife gave me heck for spending so much on a toilet seat, but we are so happy with it. The quality of the fittings is way better than I thought it would be. Easy to install. Took me less than half hour. Cord is kinda short. I love it,except there is a line up to use the washroom now. Lol.

My previous USPA bidet seat had sprung a leak, after 7 years of use. I contacted the supplier, Fraser International Trading, and their representative, Michael, was most efficient as he helped me navigate through the task of identifying exactly where the leak was and what would be involved in repairing the unit. He also helped me to select the best replacement unit when I realized that fixing the old one would be too costly. After comparing the USPA models with other manufacturers' products, I ordered the USPA UB-6235 and despite the fact that I am a 78-year old lady, I managed to remove the old bidet seat from the toilet and install the new model myself, without assistance - in fact, it was surprisingly simple. The best news is that I love the new bidet seat even more than the old one. The UB-6235 was reasonably priced and has a sleeker look, better water pressure and a lot more features than the old one. I am a happy customer!

Very nice bidet with a lot of features for the price... like massage, and IIP when constipated. Easy to detach and clean nozzle. Also it come with extra nozzle and seat cover... for the price its very cool.

The only bad point thats why its not 5 star it's because yes it have a safety sensor so the water will not come out if your not sit on the seat and press a cleaning button... BUT if you are sit and start a cleaning mode... and dont press stop button and get up from the seat... the water jet dont stop... like i see on other bidet model.. Also it dont remember the power of the jet... i have to set it to max EACH time i use it... because its reset a mid power each time...

But for the price it s a very good deal!

I have a french curve and I have asked some other suppliers who claimed their products "might fit" and asked people to contact them for details. After sending them the measures and pictures, they came back and simply said "sorry our product doesn't fit french curves". This seller sent me back an email with pictures, videos, and manual drawings. I decided to go with it. The delivery was quick and smooth. I hired a person and he installed it in 20 mins, working perfectly so far... the only "not so perfect" thing is that the water and drying air temperature is not high enough? Maybe I am missing something... LOL

First used an electronic bidet when vacationing in Hawaii.

Now, whenever I use the toilet, it feels like im on vacation! Wife loves it, as do I. Gets the bum to level of clean that is just not possible with toilet paper. Good for the environment as i no longer use ‘flushable wipes’.

I can’t believe these are not neccessities in every home. Quality product, highly recommended!

P.S. manual makes no mention of required 5 star review to recieve warranty, like the one star reviewer has claimed...

Elongated version leaves you with an opening smaller than a standard round front (on an elongated toilet) so you may need to fold parts under and stand to wipe.
If you need to sit as far back as you can for front clearance you may have occasional mess on the parts of the device in the bowl, and the device says use water only.
Lid and seat feel very flimsy.
Lid and seat feel can be awkward to lift.
Plastic attracts hair and other debris very easily.
Easy to install.
Water does not get too cool when used multiple times or in quick succession.

I've had this product for a few days and I'm extremely pleased with it so far. I found it to be the best value for bidets in this price point. It has all the features one could possibly need.

It arrived from BC after a few days which was excellent. However, don't let the red maple leaf in the advertisement fool you into thinking this product is made in Canada. It is made in Korea, doesn't bother me but "Proudly Canadian" is a bit of a stretch.

Installation is relatively easy, however the instructions come on two seperate pieces of literature. Do take some time to read both, the instructions in the owners manual and the accompanying printed sheet. As is quite common, I found the diagrams in the manufacturer's literature quite hard to see. The distributor does provide a link to a good YouTube instructional demo for installation which I found . I would suggest to the distributor to have their own instruction manual produced with all pertenant installation instructions in one document.

I have an oval toilet but the length of the bowl is such that I ordered the smaller version, it fits perfectly and looks slick. My toilet certainly seems smaller and not quite as comfortable but I'm sure it's a question of familiarity. When raised the opening of the toilet is reduced by some 20%, not really an issue but my 8 year old son is going to have work on his aim with a significally smaller target.

So far I can not fault the quality of the product. Everything works perfectly and my kids are finally happy to keep themselves clean. I wish I would have had one of these years ago and invested the money I'd of saved on toilet paper.
