I've owned a bidet toilet seat for many years now that I purchased in Japan. This one is half the price and just as good, if not better. The features are great and the set up is a breeze.

Really enjoy all the functions of the washlet, happy with every function - water pressure is perfect and heats surprisingly fast. Only concern was how I recently saw this item has gone up 35 dollars in price since last week...

This product we used for the first time. We found that the quality is very perfect and the price is little cheap comparing t the functions available. The similar products are all more than 350CAD. It is easy to install and easy to opearte.
We tried all functions and they are all workable. We plan to buy a second one.

Since the unit does not provide a "Remote Control" as the review asked me to score, I rated the control panel 4/5 stars. It works fine, but has no lighting (difficult to see except in very bright lighting) and requires consulting the manual to know how to enable/disable some functions of the toilet seat (such as the nightlight) rather than simply having a button for that function.

First, the good points:
- Price is fair (low) for an electronic bidet
- All the basic functions work as expected
- Fits my toilet according to the measurements suggested in the product specs
- The night light feature is a fun addition, and you can turn it off if it is too bright
- Looks nice

Bad points:
- The "Turbo" setting is no different from the regular pressure, even on Max pressure settings. I saw another reviewer complain of this and I echo the complaint.
- The warranty says 2 year limited but only when you actually receive do they tell you that the second year only covers 50%. Before writing this review, I checked again and there is no mention of this.

I received it yesterday and set it up at the same day. I was worried because of its size when I measured it. But it is still usable and my wife and I am satisfied with this purchase. Thanks Clean Touch for providing good products with good price range.

I just had a little hick up installing it, but went to the local hardware store to get a different T and braided line.

So noisy after a flush, even if remote isn't used. Is there a way to get my toilet back to normal when refilling bowl?

Not that hard to install, but not that easy too. Be careful to choose the washer before you start the installation. They provide two types of washers.

I liked how the price for the toilet was worth it.
The instruction was very clear, even though the instruction was one page long we were able to install it easily.

I am not sure what other features might be significant in more expensive brands, but in this model, all the basic features work as described. And all the basic features are all one needs in my opinion.
It is reasonably priced and quite straight forward installation. Enjoying it so far.

Installation took about 45-60 min. including making connection to plumbing. Operation good. What a comfort with a heated seat and warm water spray.
