Products which has been installed or used are non-refundable due to governmental regulations

pertaining to personal hygiene products.

1.    The plastic packaging containing the installation kit & hose is opened

2.    There are signs of usage-water spots on the bidet

3.    There is water in the water tank

Any returns or exchanges are subject to be granted after an inspection of a requested unit

from our facility.
